Refund Policy
Returns & Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, with tags
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Returns must be approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.
Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized items
- Worn, used, or damaged returns
Order Processing & Cancellations
All orders are processed shortly after being placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. If you no longer want your order after it has been processed, you must wait for delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs or duties. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damages, Issues & Claims
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Photos of item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.
Shipping, Delivery & Non-Receipt
Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Proof of Delivery
An order is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled when tracking shows “Delivered” or delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. This applies regardless of signature requirement.
Shipping Timeframes
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Non-Receipt Claims
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked delivered by the carrier, including missing or stolen packages, delivery to shared spaces, or carrier delays. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address / Customer Error
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and ensuring a secure delivery location. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled, even if entered incorrectly or accepted by another person. No refunds will be issued.
Carrier Investigations
If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, a carrier investigation must be completed before resolution. This may take 7–21 business days or longer. We reserve the right to deny fraudulent claims or request verification.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We actively dispute all chargebacks using tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and order data. False claims may be treated as fraudulent activity.
