Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us for the return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Sale items may be exchanged for another item. Customers are responsible for shipping and customs costs on exchanges.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
All items are carefully inspected and photographed prior to shipment to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for handling and transit lies with the carrier.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
Refunds for damaged items will only be issued after the item(s) are returned and received at our warehouse and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels for items damaged in transit. Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.
