      Shipping Policy

      All processing and shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

      Processing Time  
      Orders are processed within approximately 2–5 business days.

      Shipping Options  
      Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.  
      Express Shipping ($26): Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

      Local Delivery (Vancouver Area)  
      Local delivery orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processed, delivery may take an additional 7–10 business days. Local delivery does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.

      Estimated delivery timeframes begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Selecting express shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

      Shipping Delays  
      Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

      Transfer of Responsibility  
      Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

      Proof of Delivery  
      An order is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled when the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” or provides delivery confirmation. This applies regardless of whether a signature is required.

      Non-Receipt  
      We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. This includes claims of non-receipt, theft after delivery, or delivery to shared spaces such as apartment buildings, mailrooms, or reception areas.

      Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related issues once tracking shows delivered.

      Incorrect Address  
      Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled, even if the address was entered incorrectly or accepted by another individual. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

      Lost Packages (In Transit)  
      If a package is not marked as delivered and is believed to be lost in transit, a carrier investigation must be completed before any resolution is considered. Carrier investigations may take 7–21 business days or longer.

      We reserve the right to deny claims that are determined to be fraudulent or unverifiable.

      Returns After Delivery  
      If you no longer wish to keep your item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

      Agreement to Policy  
      By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including all terms related to delivery, timeframes, and carrier responsibility.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Returns & Eligibility  
      We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.  
      To be eligible:  
      - Item must be unused, unworn, with tags  
      - In original packaging  
      - With proof of purchase  
      Returns must be approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.

      - Worn, used, or damaged returns  

      Order Processing & Cancellations  
      All orders are processed shortly after being placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. If you no longer want your order after it has been processed, you must wait for delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.

      Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs or duties. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

      Damages, Issues & Claims  
      You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.  
      Include:  
      - Photos of item  
      - Packaging  
      - Shipping label  
      Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.

      Shipping, Delivery & Non-Receipt  
      Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.  

      Proof of Delivery

      Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and ensuring a secure delivery location. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled, even if entered incorrectly or accepted by another person. No refunds will be issued.

      Carrier Investigations  
      If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, a carrier investigation must be completed before resolution. This may take 7–21 business days or longer. We reserve the right to deny fraudulent claims or request verification.

      Refunds  
      Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
