Shipping Policy
All processing and shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Processing Time Ā
Orders are processed within approximately 2ā5 business days.
Shipping Options Ā
Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 7ā10 business days. Ā
Express Shipping ($26): Estimated delivery time is 3ā5 business days.
Local Delivery (Vancouver Area) Ā
Local delivery orders are processed within 2ā5 business days. Once processed, delivery may take an additional 7ā10 business days. Local delivery does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframes begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Selecting express shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping Delays Ā
Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Transfer of Responsibility Ā
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Proof of Delivery Ā
An order is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled when the carrier marks the package as āDeliveredā or provides delivery confirmation. This applies regardless of whether a signature is required.
Non-Receipt Ā
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. This includes claims of non-receipt, theft after delivery, or delivery to shared spaces such as apartment buildings, mailrooms, or reception areas.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related issues once tracking shows delivered.
Incorrect Address Ā
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled, even if the address was entered incorrectly or accepted by another individual. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.
Lost Packages (In Transit) Ā
If a package is not marked as delivered and is believed to be lost in transit, a carrier investigation must be completed before any resolution is considered. Carrier investigations may take 7ā21 business days or longer.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are determined to be fraudulent or unverifiable.
Returns After Delivery Ā
If you no longer wish to keep your item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return. Ā

Returns must be approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.
European Union (EU/EEA) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a customer located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@doggyhautecouture.com to notify us of your decision to cancel.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exceptions: For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, damaged, washed, or customized products. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
